1. Returns

1.3 How to Return

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Ship the Product: Package the product securely and include the RAN. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Time

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

- We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deduct a restocking fee if the returned product is damaged or missing components.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

4.2 Resolution

  • Defective Products: We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Incorrect Products: We will provide a return shipping label for you to send back the incorrect product and send you the correct item.
